: : Monsieur Editors,

: : Your message has been recieved. The Cameron`s cabin it will be.
: : As for war? The wampum belts speak of peace. There is to be no war. I make my money selling trade goods, not scalps.

: : The French Trader

: Queen Alequippa sends word that this trader has been moving north on La Belle Riviere and has been seen at Logstown, and at the Forts Duquesne and Machault. No word on whether he is as he actually claims to be.

: Victoria

Victoria,

Merci. The French Trader is correct that his living is made in goods, not scalps. Does Queen Aliquippa think he to be the same Trader that saved the Half King and Washington's command from starvation at the Great Meadows?
If so, he is good. 20 shillings and eight pence per hundred pound of flour!
