Here is a tricky one. Who was on set to stop something from happening with one, two, or more of our characters from doing something major.
I need the first two, which character(s), and what was being stopped from happening. |

There was a strike by the Indian extras for more pay and better living conditions. DDL and Russell Means intervened to help them out. Is this the correct answer? |

Or maybe Jodhi May's mum, on hand to stop any major hanky-panky from happening between "Alice" and "Uncas"? |

She probably hasn't forgiven her mum for that yet. |

Geez! Aren't we impatient! You're just antsy because you got the last one wrong. (You know I'm kidding. )
All righty. Maybe too easy, but here 'tis: What deal does Montcalm make with the NA chieftains for their allegiance? (Looking for two things.) |

Well came up with a quick one.
What was Jacks reply to Hawkeye saying he had a reason not to leave the fort. |

"That reason wear a blue dress and work in the surgery" was Jack's reply.
Q. Obviously Eric Schweig got the role of Uncas but who was second in line for the role?.
Too easy I know but thankfully for us, Eric did get the role. |

Well, fine.
Is the answer to your question Russell Means's son? (Scott, maybe, is his name?) See, I'm not sure, 'cuz I didn't use the script. |

Hmmmm. That I don't know. There's no pic on IMDB. His brother Tatanka Means has a pic, though. Anyways, here's a question, since I guess it's my turn again:
To which regiment does Duncan belong in Cooper's novel? |

He's pretty cute, but just a baby. Birthdate listed is 1985. Even my younger sister is older than that, by a few years. Don't know what that makes me. . .
His full name is--ready for this one?--Tatanka Wanbli Sapa Xila Sabe Means. Quite a mouthful. And "tatanka" apparently does mean "buffalo." Other info says he's 6'3" and that he was featured in the "2006 Indian Male" calendar. Will you be buying yours soon, Irish?
If interested, here's a website. The name of the calendar is "21st Century Skins." I promise the part of the web address that says "MaleSkins" is nothing X-rated. http://www.onajnativestore.com/Calendars/MaleSkins.aspx

I shall have to check that site out Red when the hubby is not around to bother me. I would love a calendar but would have to hide it from him. Wonder who else is on the calendar. Thanks for the info Red. 6 foot 3 inches of pure Indian hunk sounds like a dreamboat to me even if he is only 22. He could be my "toy boy"..heehee |

Yeah, my hubby would kill me too if I were to have a calendar like that around. My mom got me a nail file with a chippendale dancer on it one time (a gag gift; don't ask), and that was hard enough to explain. Imagine a whole calendar of shirtless men. . . . Don't think he'd so much go for that!
Oh, and in case anyone's looking for the question, it was: To which regiment does Duncan belong in Cooper's novel?
Guess we got sidetracked. |

Hmmm . . . four days and no answer to the question I asked. Here's a hint:
In Cooper's novel, Duncan is an American in one of the royal regiments. Now, which would that be? |
