Same here, they say. Only now the heat & humidity has accompanied it, as well. Summer, it appears, has arrived. Spring never really made an appearance this year, save for a few isolated days ...

So... it sounds like you guys definitely do not hear "Laughter In The Rain", eh?

Oh, yeah, sure...

Just wait until the end of July, when your lawn is all brown and crunchy and you have to water your garden daily... Uh-huh... then you'll be cryin' all right: "Who Stopped The Rain?!?"

All righty, then! This is where ol' WW starts complaining:

"It's Raining Sunbeams" and it's "Too Darn Hot!!"

I Hate Hot Weather! And the humidity hasn't even kicked in yet. When it does, you will see me melt into a puddle on the floor... like the wicked witch of the west. Hey! No smart remarks!!

What's that...? You've never heard of the song "It's Raining Sunbeams"? Well, Deanna Durbin sang that in her 1937 movie called "One-hundred Men and a Girl." No, I'm definitely not that old. I watched her old movies on TV when I was a teen-ager. Love her!

Still hate hot weather.

We're in the valley of AZ so our daily temps are 100 plus! In August, the monsoons will bring in the humidity with great power, though with growing up in southern Indiana, Arizona's humidity is a hoot compared to what I grew up with back east. It was the ol' "walk out the door and have a wet wash cloth smack you in the face"

I'm glad for the seasons though, they make you appreciate each step of life....

AAaarrrggghhhhh!!!!

I would keep my head up, Securemann, but it's nearly impossible when you are drowning in the air you breathe!!

The last two days were so hot and muggy that I had to stick a fan directly behing my PC to get it to boot up and continue operating.

This worked, but had the unfortunate effect of causing the image on my monitor to do a sort of hula dance.

That's a very persnickety computer you have there, Scott! Has it demanded that you build it a climate controlled room yet? At least it tries to entertain you... with hula dances and all.
