I dont know whether you guys know anything about russia but recently I have learned probably the most stupid thing ever.
There is a law in discussion about imposing fine on people for "disrespectful attitude to the rouble". That means members of parliament will not be allowed to calculate indexes in any other currency (like they do it now in US $). They really do discuss it.

I doubt if i heard anything more ridiculous. And they keep on talking about civilization.
