Actually, it sounds like Jo will be the one making snow angels, while I'm up north making mud-pies :-( !!

I'm wondering, because last time I was in Tejas, I saw a "Texas Turkey" freshly killed, and when next I'm down that way it maybe worth my while to scoop one up & try my hand at your
"Famous Fiery Hot, Ragin' Cajun Style Armadillo Chilli" [my mouth is already waterin' ;-) ]....
I'm sure that Mr. Girty would love some of this on one of those cold woodland raids he goes on...
