Do You Remember Francois?

Funny thing, especially in light of our most recent addition to this site, From The Mohicans' Land To MohicanLand - and a recent post of a similar name - but along comes Francois into our lives. I must admit, I was as ticked off over him as anyone else, but ...

Elaine was researching some information on our old home county, Dutchess, NY, when the name jumped out at her ... Francois de Melogue! She immediately followed the link, and sure enough, it was him. Remarkably, this master chef (as he claimed!) dishes out his speciality in a restaurant not 10 miles from our old home!

At the time of what became his intrusion on the Board, I had serious doubts as to his authenticity, thought it a prank, but in light of this, I have to reaccess ... and, in retrospect, we realize that perhaps we were all a little over zealous in our rebuttals to the guy. He was a fan of Cooper, and perhaps everything he said on the Board was accompanied by a big ole grin! Well, live & learn in this "Web Master" business! Perhaps we should have welcomed the colored texture he brought to this place!
