No. What titles? and Welcome Back!!!! Anybody who cooks as well as you do is near and dear to my heart, being an amateur goourmet chef in my own right!! And I would LOVE to hear those
opinions of yours! Being a bit rebellious....I enjoy the oppposite view....

One thing though....ignore requests for developing special sauces for particularly tough meat that may come from this board....
