Looks like they will be showing the same movie they did last year. It's a shame. I have already seen it.
2nd Annual Movie on the Meadows: The Last of the Mohicans Dates: Jun 15th Time: 7:30-11pm, movie starts 9pm Cost: $12 per car, $8 per car Annual Passholders Watch The Last of the Mohicans on a huge outdoor screen where the last 17 min. of this epic romantic adventure movie starring Daniel Day-Lewis were originally filmed. Marvel at the beauty of Hickory Nut Gorge’s towering rock cliffs, lush landscape and 404-foot waterfall on the big screen while the scenery surrounds you! Bring your sweetheart or friends for an evening of fun, suspense and adventure. Bring a blanket or chair and a flashlight. Moviegoers should arrive from 7:30 to 8:30pm, movie starts at 9pm. Pre-show entertainment, concessions and movie merchandise will be offered.

Would love to be there and see it outdoors on location. Trouble is, my aim is to be in Florida on that date for my Mom's 83rd birthday. That depends on 2 things; 1 - feeling better 2 - purchasing my new car. We'll see. Thanks for the heads-up, Fitz!! |

Actually I have been out (and driving) since 2 weeks after the surgery and attended a reenactment 4 weeks afterwards. Just get tired too easily. As I told WW (on Facebook, which you don't frequent ) that it's a mere 12 hour drive from Binghamton to Chimney Rock with time for a burger on the way. So not a big deal! |

LOL, - "A mere 12 hour drive" ... Fitz, that's only half way, she'd still have to drive back another mere 12 hours. Only a short 24 hours of driving to see a movie??? ... ;) |
