I meant to post this last week and forgot. Has anyone been watching the new BBC production of Jane Austen's "Emma" that has been showing on Masterpiece Classics on PBS? I was pleasantly surprised to see Ms. May in the role of Emma's governess, Miss Taylor, who becomes Mrs. Weston.

She's looking good for a nearly 35 year old.

I have been watching that (don't tell anyone) and I thought that she looked familiar for some reason. So that's it. Well, I will have to keep that in mine when I watch it next Sunday (don't tell anyone).

I'm going to go on the Frontier Folk message boards and announce it to all of your Frog Buddies!

You know, Fitz..... it sometimes does pay to read the screen credits at either the beginning or the end.

I saw it too, i.e. EMMA.

Jodhi seems to be in a lot of classics. Last one I recall was THE MAYOR OF CASTERBRIDGE.

I'll have to add this movie to my Netflix queue. I know it won't be available on DVD for a while, but I'm addicted to anything and everything Austen. :D

You and me both, Red! This is a good production. Romola Garai has the starring role as Emma, and she does a good job portraying her. For those of you who saw the movie "Amazing Grace," Ms. Garai played the woman William Wilberforce married.
