| I don't like it. . .mostly because they were PUSHED through, as you say. Why would they pass something that most Americans don't like AND that neither party is happy with. It reeks of just wanting to be able to say it's done! |

Does this show my opinion clearly enough?  . The biggest reason for me is them wanting abortion coverage. Not even thinking of it in a moral or ideological sense: if you don't have health care right now because you can't afford it, why would you all of a sudden have money to be able to afford it under the government plan?(you are not!) And if you can't afford to pay for health insurance, how can you afford to pay the fine?(you can't!) If you can't come up with the money for insurance in the first place, where are you going to come up with money for the fine? Oh wait, I'll just pull out my magic wand here...... Looking at what I wrote, it is so literally black and white simple. Why can't the government see it!?
