Britain, yes, Scotland, no. Scotland always had a close association with France. Mary Queen of Scots was married to a French royal. The French sent troupes to help the Scots in the 45. | Wouldn't want you to give the folks the impression that everyone disliked the French. I was just the British. And the occasional German state. And maybe the Low Countries. Sometimes Spain. Maybe Austria once in a while. And one or two Italian states. But, hey, you can't please everybody! |
