As Fitz, Seamus and I have been talking about -- I think there may be another thread about this somewhere -- the 250th Anniversary of the Battle of Fort Carillon is taking place this summer at Fort Ticonderoga. This is going to be a huge event, with probably well over 1,000 re-enactors participating.

A new website that is dedicated to this event has just been put up. (Thanks, Seamus, for alerting us to that!) In reading through it, it is becoming clear to all of us that this is going to be a very special event. With three battle scenarios being produced, two of which will be HUGE... this is going to be awesome.
