My aunt just went in with congestive heart failure. She went in back in January and they said it was a miracle she was walking. She had a quadruple bypass at that time.
This time they are still trying to figure exactly what they are going to do.
Also my grandmother went under open heart surgery about two monthes ago and is still sore.
My family on my dads side has a history of heart failure. This time last year my grandfather went to the hospital with pain and was hospitalized, then my father had a heartattack, but didn't go to the hospital, then my aunt went in.
This was a very trying time for the entire family.
Please keep us in your mind.

M'Lady,
I know for a certain how scary it can be, more for one's loved ones than for yourself. When I was told this year I had a blockage and congestive heart failure, my wife and I both got kind of scared, but fortunately everything did show OK afterall. But we now have an idea of what your loved ones are going through. Our thoughts are with you and yours'.

| I'll keep your family in my thoughts and prayers, LLOF. My own grandfather just went through a quintuple bypass (afer a massive heart attack) on Tuesday of this week, so I know how trying the situation is. |

It is hard for me to get much information because of my reaction to the winter last winter with everything happening I think they are trying to shield me from some of the blow. I believe she had her ultrasound, but know no more. Shall try to get more. |

Well she was suppose to be released today, but for some reason the doctor didn't. She was moved to a different floor and room (parents didn't visit so I don't know anymore.

LLOF -- you and your whole family are in my prayers tonight and will be in future. Trust me I know what you're dealing with. My dad has CHF and now a leaking tricuspid valve and heads to Cleveland Clinic for his fourth open heart surgery on Jan. 10.

Thoughts are following you and your family as well Christina.
Update: She still hasn't been moved or discharged, they really won't tell the family much. But even worse is she has two daughters that could visit her daily and my dad was her last visitor. Sunday night!!!
My dad works long days and yet her daughters who sit at home won't even go see her. Sorry had to vent.

Update:
She has been moved. She is now having kidney problems. It was an official heart attack. Other than that I don't know much. She was kinda on major pain pills when I talked to her yesterday. |
