I was perusing the IMDB boards and this guy posted the following on Nov. 10th:
A preview of another version will be on the Die Hard 4 dvd. Braveheart has one coming out next month so it doesn't surprise me about this one.
The discussion was about a new expanded dvd coming out. Has anyone heard of this yet?
Someone else posted this on a different thread:
nothing 100%, but on movieweb.com on the live free or die hard dvd specs it says there is a preview for 'the last of the mohicans'! I think it will be for a fully restored extended edition, because why would they just randomly advertise the 'already realesed for a few years now' dvd? I'm hoping for a 2 1/2 or 3hr version. I'm hoping....
I went to that website and couldn't find the specs they were talking about. Who knows...Maybe we will get a surprise from Michael Mann in our Christmas stocking

I saw on IMDB a few months back that there was a new DVD to be released in May 2007, but the specs on it soon disappeared. I'm beginning to think that people just make that stuff up. But if it is true, that would be super awesome (and annoying for my hubby, who just rolls his eyes whenever I watch LOTM  ). |

Yea, Red. I know exactly what you're talking about. I've got my daughter almost as obsessed with LOTM as I am, but my husband thinks my interest is a little over the top. Especially when I do things like refuse to release my LOTM music cd to him because something might happen to it while it's in his car! |

Yea, Red. I know exactly what you're talking about. I've got my daughter almost as obsessed with LOTM as I am, but my husband thinks my interest is a little over the top. Especially when I do things like refuse to release my LOTM music cd to him because something might happen to it while it's in his car!
