For the women: What was your first thoughts upon seeing Nathanial and Uncas?
For the men: What was your first thoughts upon seeing Cora and Alice?
Mine are as follows:Definately our incredibly tall, dark, handsome, silent yet tough, manly, can't enough of looking at him the rest of our lives, dream about touching him in every way imaginable, UNCAS!!!!

| at first i thought cora was pretty hot but know in my old years they are kinda even for me.but oh well it was a movie,time to get back to real life for me lol. |

When I first saw Uncas my eyes just about popped out of my head. I could not believe what I was seeing. This tall, dark, handsome, gorgeous guy with great hair, skin, eyes and teeth. He had the whole package and speaking of "packages"...well best not go there, sigh. He was so brave and strong and protective and I loved the voice as well. The "looks" he gave in the movie were enough to "capture my heart".
Nathanial, I thought was a handsome, brave, guy too and he also had great hair. He loved Cora so much and would do anything to protect her. What a guy. |

I remember thinking Hawkeye was okay, so so really, and the actor was talented, but still nothing to write home about. His love affair with Cora was suprisingly believable.
But when I saw Uncas, my heart literally stuttered in my chest bad enough that if I had been the age I am now, I would swear I was having a heart attack! He was so physically beautiful, that I kept searching every scene for him. I was quite angry that he wasn't in more of the movie. It was lust/love at first site! |

When I saw that wonderful, dark haired and hot indian this was my reaction: 1_ 2_!
The first time I saw the movie I was with my mommy and she fell in love with Uncas despite of her age! |

Hmmm...when I first saw the movie was SO long ago that remembering what I thought at the time is a bit difficult. (Most days, by dinnertime, I can't even remember what I had for lunch!) But here goes:
Uncas--definitely
Hawkeye--I wasn't so keen on him at the beginning of the movie, but he grew on me after a while. I still don't think he's a heartthrob, but he's an attractive man. Always thought he had nice hair, though.
On a semi-realted note, anybody seen this picture? I think it's pretty funny.... We'll call it "what Cora didn't realize she was getting into."

| OMG what a pic. He looks "different" to say the least. Is this look for some part he is playing?? I sure hope so as I personally don't like the beard. Not a fan of beards on men. |

| I was actually taken with Hawkeye the first time I saw it...I thought Uncas was attractive, but I loved the Hawkeye/Cora romance...then years later I watched it again and I was captivated by Uncas and the whole "non-love affair" with Alice. Although both times I found Chingy to be a very attractive older gentleman, and Maqua to be fiercely attractive also... |

I agree with all of the above except for Magua. He is fierce I'll give you that and manly but I would not drool over him. Do not "fancy" Magua at all although having said that I will state what I said in another post in some other thread "I would rather spend the rest of my life with Magua than Duncan Donuts". Enough said. |
