I was watching LOTM last night and notied something interesting. After they arrive at the fort you see Cora tending to an injury that Uncas had but I saw nothing prior to that that showed him getting injured. Did I miss something or does anyone know if some of the deleted scenes contained that information?

I believe it is discussed in an interview on the site - perhaps the Eric Schweig interview - and I think there was a skurmish on the way to the fort that was deleted. See what you can find !

Pictures of his rear?! I never thought of that before... I'm just kidding. I don't think I am worthy...

Yes the scene was cut where he gets cut on the way to the fort. Too bad he did not have his shirt off completely. Would love to have seen that. Feel ripped off because when the soldiers come to take Hawkeye away in the night he is shirtless but alas Uncas is not. U girls can only dream. |

That's okay. The peak of rear was enough for me! It took me thirty minutes to wake up and find myself on the ground not knowing what hit me! |

Couldn't agree more!
At the first Gathering, where I finally saw LOTM in a theatre, you could hear the *sighs* when that scene came up on the big screen! |
Jack McCall: "Should we shake hands or something, relieve the atmosphere. I mean how stupid do you think I am?" Wild Bill Hickok: "I don't know, I just met you."

You know...I clicked on this post with the hope that I might get some honest to goodness insight on how Unca received his injury, but alas , all I see (again) is talk about Uncas rear, Uncas smile, watching Unca in slow motion! Unca , Unca, Unca. How much can a guy take! In the future, if I see any mention of Unca in the subject line, I must proceed with caution and not get my hopes up. |

I believe it was one of those delted scenes when Uncas is injured after falling out of a bedroom window while being chased by a jealous husband. |
