You can purchase the video at a very reasonable price. In fact, if you go to amazon.com via this site (there is a button on the home page towards the bottom), then a percentage goes towards keeping this site afloat.
Why would you want to download the movie? Chances are you are going to get a bootleg version or one with extremely bad quality. Wal~Mart carries the vhs for roughly $9. Besides the only types of places where you can download from are sites such as KAZAA and LIMEWIRE. Unfortunately they are really cracking down on downloading music and things free. Apparently you are considered stealing from the artist. So don't steal from Michael Mann and go spend $9 and BUY IT!

Perhaps there is no Wal-Mart in Israel. Perhaps overseas shipping costs are prohibitive from Amazon. Perhaps I'm wrong, but isn't there some sort of difference in videos and dvds between America and overseas?
Sometimes it just isn't easy to purchase everything we want. Go easy, guys.

Another consideration might be eBay. I actually bought a used copy for only $5.
Good Luck!

I think you're right WW- things just don't work the same way everywhere. Many mid-east and asian countries use a less expensive format that can be stored on a regular recordable cd- VCD or SVCD. Also, it's pretty impossible to expect US copyright laws to extend that far. Outside of the US/Canada/Western Europe there is little to no effort made to protect copyright- downloads are the rule , not the exception.
