Greetings! I was hoping for some help in the translation of Mohican and Cherokee lyrics from "I will find you" -Enya:

(Mohican)

(Cherokee)
Hale wú yu ga I sv
Do na dio sv I

I didn't know that song had those lyrics! Now I'm going to have to listen again. I understand the french in the song but was always boggled by the arrangement of the words.
'Avez-vous ma coeur'(You have my heart)when arranged this way, grammatically it is a question in the french language.
To say it as a phrase it would be, "Vous avez ma coeur."
This is also a formal phrase, in french if you are telling someone they have your you are assumed to be involved with that person so using a formal phrase is a silent insult because you are addressing them as a you would a stranger.
The correct phrase is, "Tu as ma coeur." Perhaps it just sounds prettier the other way but it's not grammatically correct. Oh well!
Good to know thirteen years of studying a language got some use!

Anyway, when you all find out, post the translation! I'd like to know what they mean too.

Well I can translate the Cherokee part but not the Mohican. But I see that you have already found the translation for the Tsalagi part so I will try to help you find the Mohican.
