CONGRATULATIONS TO KAREN!
WELCOME TO THE WORLD, LITTLE ADELE!

That's just terrific news! Well done to the clever parents!!! You are now about to embark on the strangest ride you ever had!!! BUT YOU'LL LOVE EVERY MOMENT!!

Karen, being a Grandma is such a PLEASURE!! You'll have a GREAT time, seeing every THING, every EXPERIENCE, through a child's eyes! And you'll wonder why it took this special child coming into your life, to 'touch base' with the beauty of the world!! Then you'll realise - it's because these SPECIAL, BEAUTIFUL GIFTS, the CHILDREN THEMSELVES, bring these moments with them, specially to share with Grandma and Grandpa - and everyone else who's lives they touch! This child is blessed. She has come into the life of a very special lady - SHE'S GONNA JUST LOVE HER GRANDMA!!!

And Many Congrats to Great Aunt Jayne!!! That little bundle is ONE LUCKY GIRL! As Kay has said, I believe this little one is in for A LOT O' SPOILING!! And why not?????

So pleased to hear the good news!
BIG HUGS TO ALL!

Kate

Thanks everyone for the good words and good wishes! I had no idea that this was coming at the Gathering last June. Guess there's a good reason why I survived that dunk in the good ole Nolichucky! Adele is a real cutie, as Jayne said. (Gee, we wouldn't be a little bit prejudiced would we now?!?) Sometime when Grandpa Jim is home I'll ask him to post a picture as I have no idea how to do that. I'll try not to spoil Miss Adele too much. I'll be taking care of her three days a week when her Mom goes back to work, so I'll have lots of chances to do so. Again, thanks for thinking of me!
Love and best wishes to you all, Karen
