Im just so excited. I love this movie and Ive finally purchased the DVD! Now I have many hours of viewing pleasure ahead of me! Uncas...*sigh*

Just out of curiosity -- do you already have the VHS version? I feel like it's the better version when taken as a whole (although there are parts of the DVD I enjoy more, like Duncan's creating the diversion at Ft. William Henry).

I also purchased recently the DVD and I LOVED IT. Let's put it this way, I watch it probably about 4x's a week, and love it more each time. OMG, is it me or is Uncas a total hottie!! Uuummmm, let's not forget Hawkeye, what a "STUD". I heard that the VHS version is better for some reason. I don't have it yet but it's a perfect stocking stuffer.

| Yes, I have a VHS Copy, but its so spoiled from watching so many times. I have the original DVD, not the Directors Cut, so its pretty much the same as the VHS. Loving it! |

I tend to like the VHS so much that it has completely worn out too. You know you love a movie when you have to ask for the VHS as a Christmas present because the original has lost its clarity.

Silentthunder..it definitely isnt you! lol, Uncas is a TOTALLY GORGEOUS MAN! lol. I love him sooo much, which is made obvious by my name here UncasLover13. :) I have both the DVD and VHS version also, and I love them both but I have to say I like the VHS version because of the Clannad song and also for Hawkeye's sassy lines! heh heh. And also Silentthunder, I also watch LOTM like 4 times a week! lol, and I thought I was the only one!
