salaam, everyone
this is an OUTSTANDING site, one I will have to bring my children to visit sometime, as my red grandfathers would wish me to
i am involved in a group called National Rites of Passage
one of our projects requires us to create something representative of us, and all have agreed nothing would more represent me than the weapon Chingachkook used in the movie
we are to build it ourselves, so i am only looking for plans or pictures or directions on how to make something like it

That's the best picture we have of this weapon.
Simply, it's a rough gun stock with, I guess, an iron point & some decorative rivets. There are some folks who linger around here now & then who can give you more info, perhaps even craft one for you.

These can be purchased from various suttlers. It just depends on how much you want to spend.
