In my view, the announcement of Edwards as Kerry's running mate gives even "dittoheads" a reason to vote Democratic for U.S. President this year. (I listened to Rush Limbaugh for enough years to know that his listeners are not the "mind-numbed robots" stereotypically portrayed by liberal elements of the press--they are open to a well-crafted argument.)
If the Kerry/Edwards team is elected, then most likely they will run again in 2008--WHICH MEANS, Hilary Clinton would not be the Democratic nominee until 2012 at the earliest. Kerry is pro-war, and given the intensity of Republican reaction if he won, would be unable to do much to undo Republican policies. What more could a conservative want?

Of course, my line of reasoning might lead liberals to support the re-election of President Bush (or maybe not).

I hope to generate some controversty or at least interest!
We become what we think about.

What more could a conservative want?

The right to bear arms as guaranteed by the Second Amendment to the Constitution, something that John Kerry opposes.
