Stripped of most of the "extravaganza" aspects, this Gathering returned to its roots ... I loved it! Every minute!
Day One was one of my all-time Gathering favorite days ... I had slipped out of the CRP Day the year before, so the Cliffs took on a fresh, new, revitalized look for me ... and Bill Miller ... well, what can you say? Magical! Another favorite day ... the Nolichucky ride.
Plus, a bunch of new Gatherers who became a part of this Board, including Mac, Fitz, Rattlesnake Woman, Ariel, Karen & the infamous Phil Stangler, Dale W., and Pat D. Other new folks, too! Oh, and Scottie Willis ... great, great time! I think all are returning in 2004.
