So if there was a real Colonel Munro - as asserted in the "Montcalm-Historical Accuracy" thread, what do we know about him? Was he a Scot, did he have two daughters, did they come to visit him at Fort William Henry? Did the guy that Cooper based his Hawkeye character on ever come into contact with him? Was he killed in the Massacre at William Henry?
