Maybe we should expand this study and see if this has any impact on say airline pilots for starters.

A headline only slightly less obvious than "drunk surgeons make mistakes."

Upon opening the link, I was glad to see it was mistakes during simulated surgery. Otherwise . . . how, exactly, would the study be conducted? I'm picturing a patient getting prepped for surgery, filling out all the usual release forms, when the surgeon hands him another form: "Sir, this is a release form to declare that your surgery is being performed as part of a study about surgeons suffering from hangovers. Just to let you know, I am, in fact hungover." I don't think the patient would respond well. . . .
