Received a little message from Kate yesterday and asked if I could pass this along. She said she didn't think anyone would believe this because she is SEW young but...she's going to be a Grandmother!! Her daughter Heather and son-in-law Stuart are expecting the little miracle sometime around Christmas. Just thought fellow Mohicanlanders would like to know this news.

Thanks for the good gossip, Theresa! I've had a little correspondence with Kate (being she's my predecessor as Ariel's Cabin proprietress and all - a hard act to follow, I might add), but haven't heard this exciting news. Will mosey across the pond and give her a big cyber-hug!

Well, Miss Katie! What news in the north?!!!!
I remember the beautiful photographs you sent of Heather & Stuart's wedding. Absolutely gorgeous!!! (I'll always appreciate that, Kate.)

Life just has a way of blossoming no matter what downturns we meet, doesn't it?
