One month to go! Tomorrow [May 20], is the deadline for sign-ups! - 2004 Gathering Sign-Ups - For those of you who utilize this Board & read this, we will make allowance & squeeze you in after that date, if need be. That's just the way we are!!  So, Mohicanlanders, you still have time - just a little ...
If, however, you plan to be at the Joanne Shenandoah concert on Tuesday night, you MUST let us know - PRONTO! Remaining tickets will be dispersed to Spirits on the River as early as this weekend. After that, we will not be able to get you in for that particular event. That applies even to those of you already registered for the Gathering. If you've reconsidered and want to go to the concert, you have to let us know right away - that is if you didn't sign-up for the show already.

Weird Gathering ... totals like that abound for many daily events. Many, many folks will be here for just the first part, or just the last part - some for one day only. As of the moment, based on who has actually paid, here are the numbers for each paid event [Pisgah Forest, Linville Gorge & Dupont Forest are unknowns, numbers-wise, but I imagine they'll all be well attended] -
Chimney Rock Park - 36 35
Biltmore Estate - 29
Luncheon - 28
Nolichucky - 23
Cherokee - 34 [Counting you, Jo, and your sisters - not sure what you are doing regarding this]
Movie - 39
Mohican Games - 33
Talk about SMALL!
However, I expect these numbers to grow - still. For example, the Whitneys - a group of 4 - have their check in the mail. The Hurleys are not counted in any of this either, as I'm not sure what they are attending. That's 6 more at at least some events. Several others, too, have signed on but not yet paid - could up things by as many as 10 more people per event. Plus, the Cordells, Means, and Williams are not counted - again, not sure what they are doing specifically. All of you - DO LET US KNOW, Please! 
Repeated for emphasis - EVERYTHING is still open, but after this weekend, the Shenandoah Concert is closed to Gatherers ... everything else will remain open for a few more weeks.
We expect T-shirts to be available this weekend, as well. You will be notified when they are ready!

Gone!
Turned over the rest to Flip of Spirits on the River today.
Keep this under your hat:  That is all but an extra 5 or 6 I held on to ... ssssshhhh ... don't tell ... just in case. If and when SOTR sells the batch I just brought their way, we'll sell these last remaining ones. Meanwhile, maybe some wayward Gatherer will claim their rightful inheritance! |
