Before now, the only piece of clothing I owned was the coonskin cap. Everything else was borrowed. I was fortunate to have received the coat, vest, cravat, etc., as a Christmas gift from a friend. All I am missing now are the appropriate trousers. I am looking for fall front trousers like these, possibly in a light brown, chessnut color. A good portion of the money I've earned from working as a waiter has gone to my trip to San Antonio, Texas. Also, it's too late to have a custom pair made for me. So, I thought I'd ask, since we have several reenactors here, if any of you had a spair fall front trouser laying around that you'd be willing to donate? Just wondering, as I want to be as accurate as I can to portray Daniel Cloud, the lawyer-sentry who was in David Crockett's company at the Alamo.
