To all ye Mohicanland folk,

Well, the niece and nephew, Hannah and Hiram that is, asked me just 'tother day if I couldn't take all the fine stories about Many Flags, and Three Tales, and Cpl. MacWilliam, and Davey Gunn, and Seamus, and Timothy, and Sgt. Toot, and Uncles Quasi and Angus, and the men of the 77th Grenadiers, and the poet Ossian Gunn, and, well, you get the idea......and put all these fine stories together in a book type reading type thing!

So, that's what I began to do. I want these stories saved for posterity, for all people to read and enjoy, all these adventures, these FIRST adventures from the very first posting called "Morning Dress" to the last posting which will occur when all these characters make it to Fort Frederick.

The booklet is called "The MacWilliam Chronicles, Volume I, On to Fort Frederick" and although I'd like to say it's handwritten on 18th century parchment, hand bound in beautiful tooled leather.....well, it ain't!!

But, the adventures and poems and stories are put together in order as they appeared on the Mohicanland message board, they are printed in different fonts for each character, the cover has a map of Penn's Woods with all the places of interest (Fort Hunter, the Chillisquaque, the Fort at Carlisle, Fort Loudoun, Fort Frederick, and so on), and well, it's a real adventure story with romance, drama, comedy, and sheep.....Sheep????

The "Chronicles" won't be ready for another two weeks, when all the characters make it to their rendezvous at Fort Frederick. Now, if you are interested in a copy of this publication, just let your old Dr. Uncle know. Cost? You ask for the COST? Course, there will be postage for the "Chronicles" to be mailed to you all, and there is a slight cost for the copying, so if any of you Mohicanites are interested in this offer and the cost, give me an "e". The "Chronicles" look to be about 75 pages (both sides of the page!) Lots of good reading with 18th century history and fun all packed into one bundle.
Pax Aye!! God Save the King!!

Dr. Uncle Mark
