WHOAAAAAAAA, there! You just threw me for a loop with THAT one. You say you saw our own Towne Crier in a state of undress at Bumppo's Tavern and the Towne Crier is a HE? Dear me, I coulda sworn the Town Crier was a SHE, always wearin' that slinky black evening gown and high heeled satin shoes and everything. My goodness gracious, it all goes to show there's some things in Mohicanland too deep for the likes of me, long as I've lived in this part of the woods! Well now! Yes, indeed, I'll see to it that the Towne Crier doesn't imbibe overly much, since it would be a sore loss to the town if she - er, he - er, the Towne Crier didn't call the hours and keep us informed of any disturbances during the night. Thank you for alerting me to this problem. I'll see to it right away.
