About the 1936 version - I'm surprised the line was in that one. I thought that was a 90's thing...interesting.
You think that a love scene between Uncas and Alice behind the
waterfalls wouldn't fit in. It's true because they hadn't really
connected yet. The hug he gives her is nice. A little kiss would
have been ok. Nothing as passionate as Hawkeye and Cora since they already established their love.
Bloopers - yes the buses are still there, the guy in the red
cap chasing out the elk, the musket that gets back on the rock
after being dropped away from it, the disappearing knife in Magua's hand, the canvas rock may not be as noticable, I can't think of the others.
I've never seen the telephone pole or the diver in the water.
The megaphone and baseball caps are defintely gone.
I didn't notice any pauses. Some of the new background music
is nothing to notice.
When will you and Elaine be seeing it? I know you'll enjoy some
of the added scenes and lines. Donna
