: : It is e-mails like this one, received yesterday, that REALLY get our juices going! Often times we take hits for various reasons, and are criticized for the most trivial of things, most always based on ego-centric obsessiviness or total misunderstandings of our intentions and/or objectives. So, when we, from time to time, receive praise from unknown folks, it does our hearts good! We thought we'd share this one with you since it INCLUDES you all in its praise!
