Hi, Marie & Rebecca! I wouldn't go so far as to say I'm the DDL expert, by any means, though I am certainly a BIG fan. I don't follow his private life nearly so closely as I do his films, which I always find an interesting study. However, I did hear that he is buying a house in Florence. The part about becoming a shoemaker is a new one on me! I'm picturing it...yes, I'm seeing it clearly...naaaaaaaaaaaah! Never gonna happen, my friends! ;o) Cobbler Dan? I don't THINK so! I do have some very nice jpgs of him with his little one taken in Florence, if anyone would like me to share. Let me know and I'll email them. They look like papparazzi shots, but in one, he is sweetly kissing the top of little Ronan's head.(I think that's the right name...)

Now, Rebecca, as for anecdotes (almost typed anecDOPES, which might be more accurate in my case)...are you talking about ES tales, or just any little tidbit that might give you a smile? I don't have any other stories about Eric, but other laughable things...well, I see or DO them daily!
