: : In My Life
: : There are places I remember,
: : All my life, though some have changed,
: : Some forever, not for better,
: : Some have gone and some remain.
: : All these places had their moments,
: : With lovers and friends I still can recall,
: : Some are dead and some are living,
: : In my life I've loved them all.
: : But of all these friends and lovers,
: : There is no one compared with you,
: : And these mem'ries lose their meaning,
: : When I think of love as somthing new.
: : Though I know I'll never lose affection,
: : For people and things that went before,
: : I know I'll often stop and think about them,
: : In my life I'll love you more.
: : Though I know I'll never lose affection,
: : For people and things that went before,
: : I know I'll often stop and think about them,
: : In my life I'll love you more.
: : In my life I'll love you more.

: Oh my goodness Huggy, does this bring back memories!! Now, let's see, how old was I? (Was I ever that young??) LOL!
: Thanks for thinking of this Huggy. It's certainly a wonderful song and so much a product of it's time.
: Peace! Jeri
Agghhh! Agggghhh! Doc M is having a flashback!! She's sitting
in her dorm room looking out at a gray, miserable, Pittsburgh
winter day, probably with some god-awful English paper due,
smoking Camels and listening to Judy Collins sing "In My
Life" over and over and over. If you've never heard her
version of it, it's on an album of hers called, strangely
enough, In My Life. She has an incredible voice.
