: Hey Kate! Sounds like you had a little "CATastrophe" there! :)
: Perhaps he/she was trying to get to the Last of the Mousers web board? Wanted to send a friend a feline E-line? I like that "pawsd" part! hehe.
:o) Too true, Bill!! My 'boys' ARE pretty clever, you know! And Johnno's not fussy - 'real' mice, 'techno' mice - it's all the same to my little hunter! :o)
: Good point there in your previous post. The movie certainly does not point to any real romantic involvement - though we have heard discussed a part cut out of the movie which would have.
: So given the movie as we see it, your premise of her seeing him as her savior and one thing to cling to in her fears seems logical. Funny, isn't it? She first is all excited and asking "have you seen the red man? What an advencha" and then later she is near mental collapse at what she HAS seen of him!

Yes, it's quite an 'about turn', isn't it? But, a sheltered upbringing in London and Boston, coupled with such a young and tender age, hardly prepares her for so brutal and hostile an environment as the one she is CATapulted into!
And she thought just SEEING a 'red man' would be an 'adventcha'! A great use of 'irony', dontcha think?! :o)
Kate.
