The reason why Sunday MIGHT not work, is that the folks Susan has in mind may have to work on Monday morning. Now, I don't know this for certain, so perhaps we should wait till she gets back to us. Friday, on the other hand, seems better (unless the Monday morning thing is immaterial). The Bunkhouse is opened at 5:30PM. If the dancing/music starts at 8, or 9, or so that gives most everyone time to arrive. Even those not staying at the Bunkhouse will probably be nearby. This seems in need of discussion!

If after the film, it would have to start at midnite or later ... taking us into the wee hours of Sunday. Are you going to feel like seeing film sites then? It would seem to me, and Marcia probably knows the answer, that a campfire could be any night, or all three!
Friday or Sunday seem best. Saturday would crowd too much into too short a span. It's busy already! Well?
