East Side Girl: You say you recognize some names but faces are difficult to picture, have you looked in the photo albums? What's your name?

I think that East Side Girl and Gay NY Guy are just two of the many different faces of Alien Lou.

I can't imagine her not knowing who Frank is! Why, his name is mentioned daily even in Southern California, and when I was in Italy last month, there was a Santo Francesco Beanaro Day Festival in towns all across the country. The prostitutes in Amsterdam would shout out his name, begging for him!

I'm starting to feel like Bruno Samartino The Living Legend !
and Richie I'm glad I made you legends in your mind list, after everything we have gone through together the feeling is mutual!
and Elena when is the Southern California version of San Beanoremo Day..I hear those California girls screaming out my name too, and we all know what they say about California girls...I hear a song coming, and that might not be the only thing...never mind before I get banned from here with xrated material ! - Keep it Clean Bean.

PS...Saw Lou's Face in my Falafel today, the boy sure gets around.

Thanks Lou, maybe Elena and me got it all wrong and you are not an alien spy who came to this planet disguised as mild mannered Andy Kauf...errrr I mean Louie Dolci, able to smash drum kits in a single beat, but rather the guardian angel of all those who have graduated Valley Stream Central during the glory years...and sorry if I bite in to you every now and then, I'll be looking for you my hero later on my chicken cutet hero...
" Celluoid Heroes never feel any pain and Cellulod Heroes never really die "...so I guess I can bite down hard because you will just bounce back to life like a cartoon character...I mean look what Popyee and Pluto use to do to each other just to win Olive Oils affection and they never got hurt...

This seems to be a hostile crowd! It's been a long while. I lived in Malmo, Sweden, and then Malta for quite a number of years (A long story, of course it involved following some jerk). Anyway, I took your suggestion and looked at the photos. What you guys don't realize is that to an outsider you are speaking in code. You all know one another and all of the nicknames. Not everyone else does. I knew Richie F. (I think we fooled around once at the Green when he worked at the microfilm factory). I also recognized Arthur, Louie and that other cute guy that used to hang around with Louie. There is a photo of a "Dink" (another cutie) I recognize you but don't recall the name Dink. Sorry Frank, I still don't think I knew you. Did you used to hang out with the Palazollo twins? Were you in Alpha Nu Theta? I;m trying. And yes. I was at Central but did not graduate from there. Also, I don't know why my email address bounced.

Nah, not hostile, just curious! But, you're holding your own! Don't worry about the "code" thing ... even we don't know what we're talking about!!

Now, to important matters ... whaddaya mean you think we fooled around once at the Green!?! MOI?! I'm a good boy! Right? Bean? Doc? Elena? Someone?

Got me thinkin' on that one ...

So, you can't just leave it there ... who are you? I'll send an e-mail from this board, & see what happens. If it bounces back, I'll send you a PM. If that happens, check your addy.

OK - WELCOME!!!!

How's that?

East Side Girl - This isn't a hostile crowd AT ALL! DO YOU HEAR ME?

I am having a blast on this site with people I thought that I would never see or hear from again.

Fooling around with Richie. Well, I am sorry Richie, but I can't help you there. I just remember the days of you and Carla.

By the way Ms. Girl, you are speaking in code also.

Excepting Alice..,
"I'm 18 and I don't know what I want "...oops wrong Alice so don't feel bad being the wrong Richie...
and East Side Girl that was me you fooled around with at the Green, since I fooled around with everyone there ! btw you practically named every one in FTW or one of the other infamous bands I created to destroy every living thing in sight...

This isn't code here. Just imagine a bunch of people, sitting in a circle, (probably passing something around) and just adding their own comments to an array of subjects that are being discussed at the time. That is what happened then, and it basically what is happening now. Even though we are not there in body, we are in mind and heart. How is that old friends? ElenaR

Was it the late great Phil Ochs wh had that great song called " Small Circle of Friends "...I will have to dig up those lyrics and post them here...and speaking of speaking in code and leaving the building...
" This is a really Heavy Number "...
I'm a 20th Century Bean and I don't wanna be here,
I'm a 20th Century Bean and I don't wanna die here,...
From the Acute Schizophrenic Paranoid Bean

" You're a misfit
Afraid of yourself so you run away and hide
You've been a misfit all your life
But why don't you join the crowd and come inside
You wander round this town
Like you've lost your way
You had your chance in your day
Yet you threw it all away
Now you're lost in the crowd
Yet, still go your own way "
--Ray Davies

" They'll move me up to Muswell Hill tomorrow,
Photographs and souvenirs are all I've got,
They're gonna try and make me change my way of living,
But they'll never make me something that I'm not.

They're putting us in little boxes,
No character just uniformity,
They're trying to build a computerised community,
But they'll never make a zombie out of me. "
--Ray Davies

" The days go by and you wish you were a different guy,
Different friends and a new set of clothes.
You make alterations and affect a new pose,
A new house, a new car, a new job, a new nose.
But it's superficial and it's only skin deep,
Because the voices in your head keep shouting in your sleep.
Get back, get back. "
--Ray Davies

" I've just had a dream that I never will forget.
And I wish I could erase.
I was standing on the street with a whole crowd of people
And no one knew my name.
And I was just another face
No one looked at me or touched me
Spoke to or acknowledged me.
I had no identity or individuality
No thoughts of my own, no mind or personality.
I was just a no one, a total nonentity "
-- Ray Davies

and here it is...The late Great Phil Ochs song;

Oh look oustide the window, there's a woman bein' grabbed,
They've dragged her to the bushes, and now she's bein' stabbed,
Maybe we should call the cops and try to stop the pain,
But Monopoly is so much fun, I'd hate to blow the game,
And I'm sure it wouldn't interest anybody,
Outside of a small circle of friends.

Ridin' down the highway, yes my back is gettin' stiff,
Thirteen cars are piled up, they're hangin' on a cliff,
Now maybe we should pull them back with our towing chain,
But we gotta move, and we might get sued, and it looks like it's gonna rain,
And I'm sure it wouldn't interest anybody,
Outside of a small circle of friends.

Sweating in the ghetto, with the colored and the poor,
The rats have joined the babies, who are sleepin' on the floor,
Now wouldn't it be a riot if they really blew their tops,
But they've got too much already and besides we've got the cops,
And I'm sure it wouldn't interest anybody,
Outside of a small circle of friends.

Oh there's a dirty paper using sex to make her sale,
The Supreme Court was so upset they sent him off to jail,
Maybe we should help the pain and take away his fine,
But we're busy reading Playboy and the Sunday New York Times,
And I'm sure it wouldn't interest anybody,
Outside of a small circle of friends.

Smokin' marijuana is more fun than drinkin' beer,
But a friend of ours was captured and they gave him thirty years,
Maybe we should raise our voices, ask somebody why,
But demonstrations are a drag, besides we're much too high,
And I'm sure it wouldn't interest anybody,
Outside of a small circle of friends.

or
Buzzy Linhart's...and you've got to have friends? Didn't Buzzy play the auditorium in Central once? I know he played at my brothers bar Phinea's T's in Oceanside...

and then there's the kinks with all of my friends were there...

Another picture of My Bullitt...
or as we use to say back in Valley Stream...
" Nobody gonna take my car
I'm gonna race it to the ground
Nobody gonna beat my car
It's gonna break the speed of sound
Oooh it's a killing machine
It's got everything
Like a driving power big fat tyres
and everything

I love it and I need it
I bleed it yeah it's a wild hurricane
Alright hold tight
I'm a highway star "
