Ok - made it to the Fort today. - A fantastic fall day with GREAT weather and unbelievable foliage. - The turn-out was low for some reason. - The "real money maker" they have is the annual "Harvest Dinner," ($50.00 a head & $90.00 per couple) has been cancelled - lack of volunteers. - The "great Hall" was always packed. - They only have about half of the volunteers needed - after Covid many haven't returned. - Fitz, I talked with Lynn White & took a pic for you. - She said she intended to e-mail tonight. - She & hubby are staying in one of the houses & they're warm - upper 30's tonight. - Only about half of the Alliance was here today, so there were no weapons fired - "maybe" a drill conducted after I had left - dunno. - A really good day just to be there.
