For those who might be interested, I have been working on a web page for a site that I maintain, and posting some stories that have to do with the Indian Wars in Ohio from 1777 until 1795. Not really colonial, but it gives some insight into a time and place that was not all that far removed from the French and Indian War period. These are not my stories. They are told by an author who goes by the pen name of Michael Archer. In the past he has written for some national magazines and has given me permission to use them. In his own words:
"the value and purpose of sharing is to share and to keep dead-and-dying history alive a wee bit longer. The more times things are shared, the longer they live. Please feel free, and encouraged to pass them along."
