Sure, there's photos of gorgeous mountains and sunrises, nice people, mohican memories, but here's a few others, each with its own little story---untold stories that perhaps, should remain untold.
The moon at sunrise!
We were racing to get to the right spot for the sunrise, made worse by the closing of the BRP due to a rockslide. We made it, and because it was just past the full moon, we got the moon and the sun! Great driving, Stephanie and the GPS!

The Bat
The ever-observant Donna saw this sticker. We (Donna, Tammy, Nancy) just had to have it. So, with limited time, do we shower and clean up before the movie or look for stickers? Silly question! After a bit of a treasure hunt, we found the stickers!

OK! If yellow string and gum stuck on trees doesn't convince Rich how much we need him on the trail, I don't know what will. And as for you, Nancy.... thank you for your unique take on this year's Gathering! And just a hint, I'll get my revenge next time, just you wait!

Steph and Rich,
I love the 2008 Gathering page, but it makes me miss everybody!!!
Of course I love all of the photos of Ariel, but seeing the one with Eric and Ariel really brought a smile to my face!!!
Steph, you did a great job talking about each day  and I agree with you, one of the special moments for me was being with Ariel and trying to sing some songs. I love all of the Gatherings, but this one will always be very special because of Ariel, Lori, and Kyle!!!
Nancy, I love the photos, especially the one with Steph in the mudpit. 
Obi, You will just have to make sure to come to the next gatherng if you want to be in the mudpit. I am sure that Steph can show you the way.

 THANK YOU!!! That was when Ariel and I were counting. We would squeeze hands and count to six, and when she got tired of counting to six, then guess what she would say??? Yep, "Different numbers, different numbers."

What a great group!! We really enjoyed our first adventure on the LOTM trail.
Pix and story line on the 2008 post are fantastic. We are sorry that I was called away but we will be back.
