Thanks for the link Winglo, I did find that but it seemed quite uncertain.
I suppose it's most likely to be a repeat of the Cherokee, a translation of "I will find you no matter where you go"

I would have thought someone would fully know the translation, at least Clannad, but they have no translations for this on their site!
