...More correctly it would be addressed as the King's Land Pattern Firelock of Musket Bore (appx. .75 caliber, or 12 balls to the pound), as opposed to a Sea Service Firelock, or a Land Pattern Firelock of Carbine Bore (appx. .65 caliber, or 16 balls to the pound)
