Afraid not, he got very fat, very old and very crazy overnight it seemed lol Seriously, one minutes he's yummy the next is like haha He doesn't do music anymore or anything that's been released anyway. He got caught carrying a gun a few years back and was put in a mental hospital or something. Poor guy yummy Adam

Thanks for the info Kirachi. I looked him up and apparently he turns 53 next month. Was married and has a daughter. I enjoyed his music "back in the day". Too bad he took so many drugs, still he does not look too bad in the older pic. I would need to see him in person to really make a judgement about his looks but "age" happens to us all. I certainly do not look the same as I did "back then" as a teen either.
By the sound of it he certainly was no "Goody Two-Shoes"
I loved "Stand and Deliver" and the way he "moved" |

I like his older pic better than the younger one. He looks yummy for his age. |

When I first saw the pic of the older Adam, I thought it was Johnny Depp in make-up - to look like Truman Capote or something
His looks today don't look so bad that a stylist might could "healthy" him up a bit. He certainly doesn't look 53 in the photo. Now for his mind - not sure what he can do to erase that damage.
I guess his song could have been "DO drink, DO smoke, what DON'T ya do?" I liked Adam too "in the day"! |

that's the kindest pic I could find of him...he's a bit of a mess...his skin is awful it looks like he's been platered in make-up for the above pic and you can't tell how much weight he's put on.
He's certainly got that "I did too much drink and drugs" look about him. shame |

GG I thought the same thing, that it looked a bit like Johnny Depp especially if he had more hair.
Feel sorry for the guy but he did bring about his own "downfall" I guess. Pity he couldn't make some sort of "comeback". Never say never I guess |

Maybe he could have one of those ridiculous VH-1 reality shows, like 5,000 other has-been rockers. Come on, really. Flava Flav, Gene Simmons, Brett Michaels? No one cares. At least not me, anyway!
(And I, too, thought that Adam Ant pic was Johnny Depp in weird make-up.) |

haha yeah I think already may have done something like that.
You sure it's not the glasses that are making you think of Mr Depp? he owns a pair just like that. I don't see any of the old Adam in the....older Adam lol Most people as they age, you can still see it's them...but i wouldn't go "hey that's Adam Ant" if i saw him on the street lol
Ewan because i just watched moulin rouge hehe

Hey look! It's that other Obi! Now to hijack my own post...
In the movie "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom," has anyone ever noticed the name of the nightclub Indy's in at the start of the movie?
It's Club Obi Wan!!!! |

I noticed, I noticed! I always thought that was funny.
And now since we're on the subject . . . well, sort of. Here's Indy himself, then and now. I can't wait for the '08 Indy flick. It better be good, or else!

That's what men do, you know...
What I wonder is, did he staple that hat to his head AGAIN? Just in case you didn't know, that's why it always stayed on when he was in the water. This is NOT an urban legend; I've seen video of HF doing the stapling!

Please do as I would be interested in seeing Harrison staple a hat to his head. Sounds pretty painful if you ask me. Maybe he was into that sort of thing....heehee |

My bad ... maybe.
I have never been able to find that doggoned video, but according to snopes.com, HF pretended to staple his hat on because it kept coming off in the water. Snopes also states that the had was normally attached with double-sided tape. As one wag pointed out, "...stapling it to his head wouldn't have hurt one bit. Thank heavens for toupee tape." However, snopes never does answer this in a definitive manner...
As for pulling your legs, well... |
