Boozhoo! I am a new member and in gratitude I want to recommend some reading relevent to the F&I War, Early settlement in the East and LOTM. The 4 books are by Mike Roarke #1 being "Thunder in the East. I do not know if these have been posted before but you owe it to yourself to hunt these down. The central figure is a "Hawkeye" type and is a super hero but the back ground you get on the tracking , fighting, tribal inter and outer-relationships is great. I collected all 4 and used them in fashioning much of my regalia, accoutraments and warrior knowledge and attitude. Very intense to the point of feeling the hunt or the exhaustion of the chase. Thanks for the suggestion Maiinkan. I'll add this to the very long list of books I hope to read sometime in the future!

12? Surely not!!! Maiinkan, where in Indiana are you? I'm in Brown County. I knew some Saylors when we lived in the Muncie area. Just curious. Karen

Wherever he's from in Indiana, I just want to say that down here just across the border in Kentucky -- THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH GETTING MARRIED AT TWELVE!! I'm more impressed that he's already an aquatics manager. Must be tough to hold down a job during recess.

Now that's out of my system; welcome to the board, Maiinkan
