The description of Bumpin 'Round Bumppo's says that "we re-open Bumppo's Tavern on the Frontier ... role play; fan fiction; whatever you want to call it, do it ... at Bumppo's! :)" Those topics sound interesting to me.
I would find it useful if some of you out there of more experience could identify some specific posts on the Old Mohican Board that you see as good examples of role play, fan fiction, etc. That would probably prompt new posts of that sort.

I'm a poor choice to have answer you 'cause I didn't often participate in that sort of thread ... not my style, but, since no one else has said anything, I'll point you in 3 directions:
- Gadget Girl's post in this very forum is a good example: Thought I heard something....
- The Courier, in our Off the Beaten Trail section - some stuff started there; other stuff was culled, or inspired from, the old Mohican Board. See: The Courier - at least I'm almost certain that's the link!
- The Archives of said Board. After reading through the two examples above, you'll be easily able to spot 'em! Old Mohican Board Archives The latter half should have more, I'd think.
