Well, it's not been easy, but I've finally managed the simple beginnings of a recounting [mostly just pics at this point] of the 2004 Great Mohican Gathering ... much more to come, hopefully!
Thanks to Theresa & Kay for sharing their photos ... many more good ones to come. Those of you who were there & who have pictures, if you see something missing, send one on!! [Of course, as I type this, Days 3-7 are completely missing, so hold yer horses for a spell! I'll try adding more over the next couple of days.]

| Ok...here's my Day-One memorable moment(s). Seeing everyone at the pavillion Sunday morning is always a treat...that's a given. But two things come to mind as unforgettable for this day, for me anyway. One being Carter calling Wes atop Chimney Rock at Magua's death place...on Stephanie's phone might I add. I believe he was tickled that we made that call. And, two, Kate finally making it to the Elk Hunt. She's been trying for years and years to get there. Both very special indeed. |
