It is June of 1758 and I head north to scout Fort Carillon and assist Sergeant Brown in castramentation in preparation of the coming battle. The Marquis de Montcalm shall be repaid for allowing the massacre of Fort William Henry last year if Lord Howe has his say. God Save The King!

Pennsylvania troops shall be arriving at Carillon on Friday mid-afternoon to assist in driving Montcalm out of the region! See you there......

Life's journey is not to
arrive at the grave safely
in a well preserved body,
but rather to skid in sideways,
totally worn out, shouting
'...holy sh*t ...what a ride!'

I wish you well in your endeavor, gentlemen! His Majesty should be well pleased to have brave men such as yourselves engaged in his service.

Be safe and Godspeed!
