Just another button.I'm posting these pictures here because I need a hosted url I can easily get to.I could do this at my main website, but I need to log into my account and go through this huge pattern to post a picture to get on my messageboard. So,I easily post my photos here and write down the url of every picture to paste on my messageboard...if anyone was worried

Joe,
That is too cool! I take it the holes in the stock on either side of the breech action are where it was attached?
At Alamo Village (the Wayne movie set) they have one building set aside as a "museum" of props and photos from Wayne's movie. In one of the display cases they have piles of those dummy locks. It's a hoot to see one of the rifles used, showing how the locks were attached.
Thanks,
Two Kettles |

Hey Wade- if you haven't already heard- the PBS series "The American Experience" is airing an episode entitled, "Remember the Alamo" on February 2nd at 9pm EST. Here's a link: http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/amex/alamo/ I think it's a new documentary. You probably won't hear anything you haven't heard before but it might be good. If it's not on your local station that day and time just check their website, it should be on everywhere in the US at some point. Enjoy! |

Hello to you all! As I told Rich and Wade in a PM, Wes was told at the Sundance film festival that his character Chief Bowl was cut out of "The Alamo". Obviously his fans are quite disappointed! |
