I'm happy to report that on my Philadelphia visit in 2015 I was able to see the fully-restored and moved King of Prussia Tavern that gives the community near Valley Forge its name. On a previous visit I saw it sitting forlornly abandoned, trapped between two opposite lanes of a freeway near its intersection with another in part of the urban sprawl that has engulfed this area.

The entire two-story stone structure was raised onto a flatbed and very slowly moved to its new location a couple of short blocks away where it now serves as the offices of the local King of Prussia Chamber of Commerce and Visitors' Center.

Displayed inside is what is said to be the original tavern sign, but it's instead likely a very old reproduction.

The interior is set up for current Chamber of Commerce use rather than as a museum but it's still possible to imagine it as it was utilized during the winter of 1776-77 when officers from Washington's camps at nearby Valley Forge held their Masonic Lodge meetings here.
