Hi Gang,
We have some wonderful news to share!!! We heard from Lori Boutette, (Ariel's mom) and she just confirmed that they will be able to come to the Gathering this year.  This is going to be such a special Gathering, made even more special by finally being able to meet our little Ariel and her family!!!
Let's all remember to please help Patrick out with the auction by bringing lots of goodies. We want this one to be one of the best ever, and if it is anyway possible, please come join the fun and meet a very special girl and her family!!!

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Thanks for the AWESOME news, Kay! It's almost unbelievable that finally, after hearing her name so many times, that we will actually be able to meet Ariel and her family! This is FANTASTIC news and will certainly make this Gathering very special.

That really is awesome news!!!! What a treat I suspect this may be!!!
I only wish that others who have worked so hard on Ariel's behalf over the years could be here this year ... Kate, Jayne, Karen, etc. |

Karen & I will be making it after all, Rich! YAY!  But only for Wed, Thurs, and Fri. So, Kay...will Ariel & her family be attending the entire time, or just part?
We both have goodies to put into the auction and will either send them to Stephanie or bring them with us. We'll do what we can to help out Patrick while we're there.
Yes, Rich. It WOULD be awesome to see Kate again.

Jayne, so glad to hear that you and Karen will be able to make it for part of the Gathering. As I understand it, Ariel and her family will be here the entire week. So everyone should get a chance to meet them!
And it's not too late for Kate to join us. I would love to see her again! I'm not sure I have her current email. If anyone keeps in touch with her, please direct her to this thread so she can see our exciting news and get her plane ticket ASAP! |

You are right Steph. They will be in Asheville from June 15-23, so everybody that comes to the Gathering, whether it is just a day or the entire time will get to meet Ariel and her family.
